To elaborate on what Nanoichi Rei, it is a 3D stereograph (as in 3D glasses) CG short film.
It's about a rookie assassin, Rei, who is on her first mission to dispatch Demelos, an illegal arms dealer. But she quickly makes her first big mistake, and must use her nanomachine augmentations to complete her mission.

Obviously this by itself makes very little sense so here's what's not depicted:
- Rei's shurikens and kunais come from her gauntlet and can have a 'compact' mode.
- Demelos has a wrist communicator, hence the talking into his hand.
- She uses the sai she threw at the hover drone to 'hack' it and take over it's controls.
- The aircraft in the end is supposed to be a helicopter.
